Good Spell (formerly known as decent astro) is home to the otherworldly workings of Gabrielle Moritz. An astrologer, artist, and author, she has been studying the stars for well over a decade and can’t seem to shut up about ‘em. Her style of astrology is a blend of traditional and modern techniques, and her speciality is in meaningfully collaborating with time. Using astrology to help clients plan and understand the seasons that they’re in, her offerings help folks hold every second as a good spell for something.

And beyond speaking the stars, she is well known for depicting them too. Studied in Art & Design, Gabrielle has made spellbinding work for astrologer and author Chani Nicholas, for ritual candle maker Magic Hour Candles, and she also worked as a Creative Director for The Wild Unknown. Her art celebrates the weird, wild, beautiful surreality of all things esoteric, and holds a magic all its own.
